The Living Atlas is the public example: 6,213 communities verified one at a time from 16,390 gathered records, every entry carrying its source and the date it was last checked, and a published account of what the data cannot tell you.
Working software, scoped to a real problem, delivered running. Internal tools, data pipelines, agent systems, interfaces for things that previously lived in spreadsheets. Small enough to finish, honest about what it does not do.

Work is scoped and fixed-fee, usually in two phases, so the first one is small enough to find out whether this is working before anyone commits to the rest. You get the artifact, the method, and the parts that did not work.
